Wendy is a Southern California native
with extensive knowledge of Orange County demographics and
details about the local coastal communities. She has worked
in real estate since 1989, and graduated from Pepperdine
University in 1991. Her "family" background in home design,
and experience working in all areas of the real estate
process including buying, selling, and property management,
enables her to successfully educate and lead her buyers
through the home buying process. Wendy and her husband,
David, live in Dana Point.
